At least half of your working hours can occur during high-demand times, including weekdays after 5:00 PM and/or weekends. You are willing to work with children and teens. Most new therapists can expect their caseload to be approximately: 25% full after 1 month 50% full after 2 months 75% full after 3-4 months Onboarding also includes training, meetings, and learning opportunities.
