This role serves as a key point of contact for hiring managers and applicants while helping ensure an efficient and positive hiring process.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting activities, including:Posting open positionsSourcing candidatesCoordinating job fairs and recruiting eventsScreening and interviewing applicantsConducting reference checksProcessing pre-employment requirementsPreparing offer lettersServe as a primary point of contact for hiring managers, employees, applicants, and customers.Present company information effectively to both internal and external audiences.Support various HR initiatives, including:Process improvement projectsData analysis and researchProcedure development and administrationHR reporting and recommendationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Prepare and submit reports required by regulatory agencies.Develop and maintain recruiting and employment-related reports that support organizational needs.Required:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience with a strong focus on recruitment and staffingAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldIdeal CandidateStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesDetail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office and HR systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbout Bishop & CompanyBishop & Company is one of Hawaii's leading staffing and executive search firms, connecting exceptional talent with Hawaii's top employers.
