LPN Float - Emergency DepartmentThe Licensed Practice Nurse is responsible for age-appropriate patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Their scope of practice is determined by the Kentucky Nurse Practice Act and established Baptist Health Hardin and Nursing Service policies, procedures, and standards of practice.Part-Time 7p - 7a$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for External CandidatesResponsibilities:Assists in gathering initial assessment data (excluding admission physical assessment).Contributes to re-assessments.Evaluates patients progress toward established goals, communicating with RN as needed.
