Manufacturing Accounting Manager

Our client located in Greenfield, MA is looking for a Manufacturing Accounting Manager to lead their growing team! Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a management role Experience with accounting systems and advanced MS Office Suite skills Proven analytical and process improvement abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to maintain high attention to detail and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Benefits $85K-$100K/year, depending on experience, plus profit sharing Full-time, direct-hire opportunity Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members Oversee accounts receivable and payable, project accounting, and treasury functions Manage close, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger Prepare financial reports Support multi-entity accounting and consolidations Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Work cross-functionally to support business operations Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and internal controls Other tasks as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Masiello Employment Services
