Sr. Engineer

Responsibilities Assist in developing, testing, and delivering high quality web solutions, including new products and features. Lead new product development efforts, delivering solutions on time and within functional specifications. Perform routine maintenance on existing codebase as assigned during each sprint. Engineer and configure software functionality according to business requirements. Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance procedures. Unit test code and debug thoroughly prior to hand‑off. Research and resolve reported software problems efficiently and accurately. Communicate issues and roadblocks clearly to maintain sprint scope and efficiency. Actively participate in technical planning and estimation sessions. Collaborate with team members to acquire and share technical product knowledge. Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring other engineers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent). 5 years of relevant experience in the offered or related occupation. 2 years of experience leading on‑time delivery of new software engineering projects/solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and coaching others and conducting thorough code reviews. Demonstrated ability with modern software development processes.
