Collections SpecialistThe Role: Collections SpecialistYou are a driven and qualified Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist ready to join a fast-paced Collections team. We celebrate change and are always looking for ways to do things better!What You'll Do:Monitor assigned account and follow up consistently to ensure timely resolution of delinquent balances on commercial accounts.Make outbound collection calls and send collections correspondence, in a professional manner while improving client relations.Resolve client billing issues and reduce accounts receivable delinquency by applying excellent analytical and customer service skillsIdentify root causes attributed to account delinquency, such as inaccurate billing address, misapplied payment, etc. and update systems to prevent future delinquent paymentsReview, aging report to monitor, prioritize and act on assigned commercial accounts to resolve past due balances.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all collection activities and account status updates.Meet established collection performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer service professionalismWhat You'll Bring:3+ years of business-to-business collections experience with a large customer base.High School Diploma or GED equivalentStrong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.Patience working with routine or repetitive activities.Ability to influence by using persuasive customer service collection techniquesAttention to detail with a high level of accuracyAbility to analyze information and data independently.Proficient in MS Office, especially ExcelWhat We Do:Our mission is simple - We provide critical communications services to help people in distress.Our Core Values are even simpler:Honesty & IntegrityService to the customer above all elseDo what is rightGood enough is not good enough: pursue excellenceEncourage individual initiative and growthBy living and breathing our mission and Core Values every day in everything we do, Kings III is creating opportunities for individuals and reducing risk, liabilities, and costs for businesses every day.Our primary client base includes commercial and multi-family real estate owners and property managers, and the most common areas we install our emergency phones are in elevators and at pool sides.
