Receptionist

Full time. Monday - Thursday. 9am - 5:30pm with occasional weekends and holiday coverage.

About the Role:

As a Receptionist at Columbine Commons, you will:

• Provide professional communication, customer service, and assistance to residents, visitors, callers, and staff.
• Manage and organize administrative tasks, including mail distribution, supplies, and workroom organization.
• Maintain confidentiality, effective communication skills, and participate in meetings as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of front desk experience or customer service experience preferred.

Skills:

• Ability to clearly and compassionately communicate with residents, families, and staff, both in person and over the phone.
• Effectively manages multiple tasks such as scheduling, mail distribution, and document handling.
• Strong understanding of resident privacy and confidentiality requirements, especially regarding health information.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $15 - $16.25/hr. DOE.
