The Role This is a leadership position, not just a clinical one. The Lead DA is the clinical backbone of the operatory floor. You will assist our doctors with a full range of procedures, mentor and hold accountable junior assistants, and ensure every patient interaction is handled with professionalism and care. You will be expected to show up every day ready to perform at a high level without excuses. What You Will Do • Assist the doctor chairside on all procedure types including restorative, extractions, implants, crown and bridge, endo, and ortho • Take high-quality radiographs (FMX, pano, bitewings, CBCT) with minimal retakes • Perform intraoral scanning and assist with treatment planning documentation • Set up, break down, and sterilize operatories to OSHA and infection control standards without exception • Manage instrument and supply inventory and alert on restocking needs proactively • Lead and mentor 1-2 junior dental assistants, setting the tone for clinical standards and professional conduct • Step in to resolve workflow bottlenecks and keep the schedule moving efficiently • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, doctors, and front office staff • Document clinical notes accurately and promptly in the practice management software • Participate in morning huddles and team meetings and contribute meaningfully Compensation and Benefits • Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience • Performance-based bonus program tied to team and individual metrics • Paid time off and holidays • Continuing education support and licensure renewal assistance • Team culture that recognizes and rewards excellence Compensation details: 18-28 Hourly Wage PIecd336d6a79e-25448-40682410aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
