Law Office of Orlando R. Rodriguez is a busy bilingual law firm in Newton, NJ handling immigration, real estate, business and estate planning, entertainment law, and personal injury. Small team, fast pace, growing.

The job: You'll be at the center of a growing bilingual law firm and its expanding ventures in real estate investment and development, and film and audio studio production. Day to day that means keeping the office running — client intake, scheduling, correspondence, social media — and being the kind of person who figures out what needs to be done without being told. Bilingual client calls in Spanish and English are part of it, and you need to handle them confidently. But this role grows with you.

What we need:

• Fluent Spanish and English — not conversational, fluent. You need to handle a panicked call in Spanish without hesitation.
• Reliable, organized, good on the phone
• Social media savvy is a genuine plus
• Legal experience helpful but not required — we'll train the right person

Starting salary is $35,000 — reviewed at 90 days, with performance bonuses.
