Medical Records Review Associate (Bilingual/French) :: Remote We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed Medical Record Review Associate to support clinical review operations in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for reviewing and interpreting medical records, ensuring workflow accuracy, maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures, and supporting process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing medical documentation in both English and Canadian French (other French dialects acceptable), strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a clinical background such as LPN, RN, or related healthcare experience are highly preferred. This position requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools. The Medical Record Review Associate will collaborate with internal teams, assist with escalations, support training activities, and contribute to maintaining high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical record reviews while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Generate program reports, maintain documentation, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables. Support clinical review activities by analysing and synthesizing data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the protection of sensitive patient and organizational information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow, technical, and documentation-related issues. Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of departmental procedures and operational workflows. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects while serving as a dependable resource for assigned initiatives. Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders. Support management with escalations and assist in training and mentoring team members when needed. Effectively prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and digital systems to maintain workflow accuracy and reporting efficiency. What You Will Bring Bilingual fluency in English and Canadian French (Canadian French preferred; other French dialects acceptable). Prior experience reviewing medical records and interpreting clinical documentation in both English and French. 3+ years of experience in a healthcare, clinical review, medical records, or related specialized field. Clinical background such as LPN, RN, healthcare administration, medical review, or similar experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain high levels of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. Self-directed work style with the ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing and deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Ability to collaborate effectively while also functioning independently as part of a remote team environment. Location: Remote Pay: $24/hr. - $25/hr.
