Physical Demands: - Must be able to exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally; 25 to 50 pounds frequently; and 10 to 20 pounds constantly. - Frequent patient handling activities expected. Psychological/Mental Requirements: - Ability to manage emotions and self-control in high-stress situations. - Communicate empathetically and confidently with patients and families. - Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining keen observation and reporting skills.
