Assistant Office Manager

Our Client is a fast-paced public accounting firm in Cleveland's eastern Suburbs looking to add an experienced ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER to their team. Candidates must have ability to multi-task & work well in a high press environment to meet deadlines in a continually changing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven administrative experience Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Advanced skills with MS Office,Word, Excel and Outlook skills in particular Attention to detail and problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication Prior position in an accounting firm a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front desk receptionist, answer and direct phone calls Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports including; copying, scanning & filing Process checks & bank deposit runs, post office runs Inventory & ordering of supplies Maintain office appearance Schedule meetings and appointments, book travel arrangements Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, work papers and forms Develop and maintain a filing system Maintain contact lists & data base Submit and reconcile expense reports

PAY/SHIFT
