About the Role As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will serve as a primary technical expert, ensuring the optimal performance and safety of complex mechanical and electrical systems at various customer locations. You will leverage your diagnostic expertise to resolve equipment challenges, providing high-impact solutions that keep critical infrastructure running efficiently. Responsibilities Execute on-site installations, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs for mechanical and electrical equipment. Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and HVAC components. Maintain a culture of safety by identifying and mitigating potential hazards on both company and customer-owned assets. Communicate technical findings clearly to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights and solutions. Operate independently in the field while maintaining accurate records via smart devices and digital reporting tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence. Qualifications Required Skills 2 to 5 years of hands-on technical experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment, including diesel and hydraulic systems. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems in novel or unexpected situations. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening. Preferred Skills Prior experience in water treatment or water infrastructure systems. Technical certification or specialized training in HVAC maintenance and repair. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a field-based role.
