Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an individual who lives Bethlehem Twp. 

A young man in his mid-30s is looking for a qualified direct support professional to serve as a mentor/ companion to help him get better connected to his community. If you love talking sports, life, and going to the gym then this job is for you. He is looking for someone around his age who has general knowledge of things around Hunterdon County and beyond. He is looking for someone to take him to trivia night at local bars and pubs. The hours can be on the weekdays or weekends. He is also looking to meet people so having the ability of a social connector is preferred. Sometimes you might be going to the city or the shore. Must have a good driving record and must be social and personable. He is looking for someone to support him in the community during nights and weekends.

 

Schedule- 10-20 hours per week.

-A 401K is a benefit that is available to employees who have successfully completed their 90-day introductory period to Royal. Employees who have are eligible to enroll the following month. Royal has a 10% match to employee contributions, and more information about this benefit can be provided upon request

Qualifications

 

Must be social

Must be around the same age as individual

Minimum of a Highschool diploma or equivalent

Must have a car

Must have valid driver's license and good driving record

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be able to pass a drug screening

Must be authorized to legally work in the United States

Starting Pay Rate:

$24 per hour
