Our organization is a physician-led multi-specialty group practice with over 650 providers, presenting a remarkable opportunity for a full-time or part-time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our team in a newly established facility exceeding 60,000 square feet. We are eager to welcome a new physician to this location, including residents. The work schedule for this position is structured as follows: for full-time roles, there are 34 patient contact hours, with the flexibility to choose between a 4- or 5-day work week. The call duty is shared with other qualified Family Medicine providers, approximately at a ratio of 1:40.
The Caldwell Health Plaza , which opened its doors last fall, is a dynamic and fully operational facility that spans over 60,000 square feet. This Health Plaza caters to community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible setting, conveniently located just off I-84. It provides a wide range of healthcare services for families, all in one location, including:

- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Podiatry
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
- Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)
- Onsite Lab, X-ray, and Ultrasound
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program
- Board certification, or the ability to obtain such certification within three years of employment
- Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure to practice in all areas of medicine
- Valid registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA
