Press Brake Operator - Greenville, SC HTI is hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator for a leading manufacturing facility in the Greenville, SC area. This is a great opportunity for candidates with metal fabrication, CNC, or press brake setup experience who are looking for long-term stability, overtime opportunities, and career growth within a growing operation. What You'll Do
- Set up and operate press brake machines for sheet metal fabrication
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings
- Program and adjust machine settings to meet production specifications
- Verify dimensions and inspect finished parts using tape measures and calipers
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain production flow
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work closely with production team members to meet daily goals
- Previous press brake setup and operating experience required
- CNC or metal fabrication experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Experience with machine programming and setup preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machine faults
- Manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- 1st Shift
- Monday - Friday
- 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime and Saturdays regularly available
