• Shift: Clinic 4 days/week, 8am-4pm (1-hour lunch); Call 1:4, weekends Friday 8am – Monday 8am
• Hours/Week: Based on clinic and call schedule
• Employment: W-2, full-time
• Licensure/Certs: AR state licensure, PALS, fetal monitoring certification required
• Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred but not mandatory

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient obstetrics and gynecology care in a busy clinic setting
• Assist with overnight and weekend on-call coverage for obstetrics patients
• Conduct fetal monitoring, ultrasounds, and non-stress tests (NSTs) on-site
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff
• Utilize in-house lab and ultrasound services for patient diagnosis and management
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in compliance with facility standards
• Support patient education and wellness initiatives

What You Need:

• AR state medical license and certification to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in OB/GYN
• PALS certification required; fetal monitoring certification preferred
• 1+ year of OB/GYN experience preferred but not required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overnight shifts
