Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Contract Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, an analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enter data accurately from research and source documents into internal systems. Update and maintain existing accounts to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Combine data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete. Review data for deficiencies or discrepancies and resolve issues using standard procedures or expedite to the Team Leader when appropriate. Respond to internal requests for information and retrieve relevant files or data. Follow established data entry processes, program techniques, and procedures. Maintain operational standards by adhering to company policies and reporting recommended improvements. Contribute to overall team success by completing related tasks and supporting team objectives as needed. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
