Help tell the story behind projects that shape communities. ESC is seeking a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to bring together the people, technical expertise, and compelling content needed to pursue new work. You'll coordinate proposals, develop marketing materials, support interviews and events, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate proposal development, including writing and editing proposal content.
• Review proposals and other materials for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Partner with technical staff to develop project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets, and other marketing materials.
• Create presentations, exhibits, handouts, and other interview materials.
• Research clients and support annual marketing planning.
• Help coordinate and attend trade shows and conferences.
• Update the CRM database and assist with data management and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

A valid driver's license and approximately 5% travel are required.

What you'll bring


Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related field plus at least 2 years of relevant experience ;
• An associate degree in marketing or a related field plus at least 4 years of relevant experience ; or
• At least 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.

Ideal candidates will also bring some of the following:

• Experience in architecture, engineering, or another technical services industry.
• Experience writing and editing technical content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience collaborating with team members in multiple locations.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, or Power Automate.
