Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Restorative Aide to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. In this role, you will work under the direction of the nursing and therapy teams to help residents maintain or improve their physical functioning through restorative care programs. Your compassion, motivation, and attention to detail will help support residents in achieving greater independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized restorative care plans under the supervision of licensed staff

• Assist residents with mobility, range of motion, and other restorative exercises

• Monitor and document resident progress accurately and timely

• Provide encouragement and emotional support to residents during their programs

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and work areas

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing [or specify if not required]

• Previous experience in restorative nursing or rehabilitation preferred

• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident-centered care
