About The Role

The Solution Architect is a seasoned SME who bridges product gaps and supports a combined team of solution consultants and developers. Working closely with product management, deployment teams, and clients, the Architect refines designed solutions to arrive at a fully deployable product prior to market release. All documentation and operational changes produced by the team will be tied to the product and used across the organization. The Professional Services team will be the largest consumer of the solutions, supporting clients to integrate them into their supply‑chain management.

What You Will Do

• Support industry templates from strategic planning through to execution and help all stages of deployments from early adoption through growth.
• Engage with customers to capture product feedback and convey it to product‑management and engineering teams.
• Accountable for solution design, refining process flows, creating user stories and test scripts, and defining overall data flow for the program.
• Lead the solution‑development team to ensure the product meets business needs of the customer.
• Engage stakeholders to prepare professional services and partners for deployment, and provide input to training and enablement.
• Own outcomes and customer expectations for industry solutions.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate the SDLC through innovative AI or tool use, upholding architecture consistency, secure design, and code‑quality standards.
• Rigorously review AI‑generated code for correctness, architectural fit, integration risk, and edge‑case support with a growth mindset and bias for experimentation.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in an industry‑related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply‑chain management software.
• Adept at influencing without direct authority.
• Subject‑matter expertise in supply‑chain concepts, best practices, and solutions such as RapidResponse, Oracle or Blue Yonder.
• Able to lead, coach, and manage a team of seasoned professionals and stakeholders throughout complex projects.
• Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration, and deployment for supply‑chain software implementations.
• Experience building collaborative relationships, trust, and credibility within the organization, industry, and external networks.
• Articulate communicator capable of leading facilitation and engaging diverse audiences in an inspiring and impactful manner.
• Skilled in building new products and solutions and supporting rapid innovation during delivery of new offerings to early adopters.
• Drive early‑innovator and proof‑of‑value deliveries until growth phase.
• Deliver explainable, supportable, and scalable product capabilities.

Role‑Specific Skills and Qualifications

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Product program management from concept to commercialization.
• Expertise in aligning KPIs and reporting on progress against milestones.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, related reporting software, and industry knowledge in supply‑chain software products.
• Adherence to all security and confidentiality standards; readiness to work multiple project demands, irregular hours, and up to 20% travel.
• Proactive and consistent in maintaining current industry knowledge and technical developments to support strategic objectives.
