PharmacistThe pharmacist supports central pharmacy and infusion operations by delivering clinical oversight, operational coordination, and evidence-based medication management within the ambulatory care setting. This role collaborates closely with providers and interdisciplinary teams to optimize infusion therapies and specialty medication services. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining treatment protocols, order sets, and clinical pathways to ensure safe, standardized, and compliant care delivery. The pharmacist conducts cost analyses and financial evaluations of therapies, assisting in formulary management, drug utilization review, and strategic purchasing decisions to promote both clinical effectiveness and cost efficiency. The position also supports workflow optimization, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees medication preparation and distribution processes, and serves as a key clinical and operational resource for providers and staff.
