Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Los Angeles, CA, with a blend of in-person client work and some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and follow up with leads, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include preparing comparative market analyses, drafting and reviewing offers and contracts, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and communicating regularly with clients, lenders, escrow officers, and other agents. The role also involves maintaining listings, updating the MLS and online platforms, managing transaction timelines, and using eXp Realty’s digital tools to support marketing and client service. The agent will be expected to uphold ethical standards, stay current on local market trends and regulations, and participate in training and team meetings as needed. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in California and a solid understanding of Real Property principles and local regulations. Hands-on experience in Real Estate transactions, including residential sales, listings, and buyer representation. Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach, clear communication, and responsive follow-up. Comfort with digital tools and platforms (CRM systems, virtual tour technology, MLS, and online marketing channels). Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients, properties, and deadlines. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with the broader eXp Realty network.
