Job Description:

As a Community Outreach Specialist 2, you will be at the forefront of our community engagement efforts. You will be responsible for walking throughout the neighborhood to promote our services, answer questions, and create awareness about our organization's mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the face of our organization, build relationships with community members, and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk through designated neighborhoods to engage with residents.
• Promote and explain the services and mission
• Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and information.
• Collect valuable feedback and data from residents.
• Identify potential leads and opportunities for community involvement.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with residents.
• Report daily progress and findings to your lead.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with walking and being outdoors for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of the organization and its services (training will be provided).
• Reliable transportation to and from the job location.
• Ability to follow a set schedule and meet daily targets.
