Lead the execution of capital projects and oversee process control within a liquid and chemical batch processing environment, ensuring the integration of safety requirements from concept through startup and adherence to PSM process boundaries. Establish and maintain emergency preparedness and response programs, including coordination and execution of emergency response drills and exercises with local emergency responders and ensuring public emergency notification procedures are defined, documented, and periodically tested. Conduct compliance audits, gap assessments, and incident investigations; drive corrective and preventive actions. Ensure timely completion of mechanical integrity inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance programs. Lead initiatives to reduce process safety incidents, enhance system reliability, and strengthen operational discipline.
