Medical Assistant – Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics

$27–$32/hour | Full-Time | Frisco, TX

Bombshelled Aesthetics is a physician-owned aesthetic plastic surgery practice led by double board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Pamela Brownlee. We're looking for an exceptional Medical Assistant who sees this as an opportunity to build a career, not simply find their next job.

You'll work directly with Dr. Brownlee and be involved throughout the aesthetic patient journey, from surgical consults and 3D imaging to pre-op, post-op, in-office procedures and nonsurgical aesthetics.

You don't need years of aesthetics experience to get our attention. You just need to be exceptional at what you already do.

Your Role

• Support patients throughout consults, pre-op and post-op care
• Assist Dr. Brownlee during clinic visits and in-office procedures
• Obtain histories, vitals and standardized clinical photography
• Assist with 3D surgical imaging and consult preparation
• Coordinate patient education, surgical preparation, clearances and follow-up
• Maintain timely documentation and help ensure patient questions, follow-ups and outstanding tasks are addressed promptly

You'll be trained in our protocols, technology and workflows. We believe in teaching the why behind what we do so that you can become increasingly confident and independent in your role.

Who We're Looking For

Required: Current Medical Assistant certification and prior hands-on clinical MA experience.

Plastic surgery, dermatology or aesthetics experience is valuable, but not required. Phlebotomy experience and BLS certification are also a plus.

You'll thrive here if you take ownership, follow tasks through to completion, notice details others miss, communicate consistently and step in when a patient or the team needs something.

Compensation & Benefits

$27–$32/hour , based on relevant experience and clinical skills.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 8:30 AM–3:00 PM. Primarily weekday daytime hours with occasional brief weekend postoperative coverage.
