Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Location: Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL Responsibilities Design develop and support Oracle CDC solutions for near real-time data replication and integration across enterprise platformsImplement and maintain Oracle Goldengate Configure monitor and optimize Debezium connectors CDC pipelines and processes to capture and propagate source system changes with high reliabilityCollaborate with business application and data teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable data integration solutionsMonitor troubleshoot and optimize CDC processes ensuring data accuracy performance and minimal latency across environmentsWork with large volume transactional systems ensuring compliance with data governance security and regulatory standards in the banking domainSupport production deployments incident management root cause analysis and performance tuning for Oracle databases and CDC infrastructureDevelop and maintain technical documentation operational runbooks and best practices while participating in Agile Scrum delivery teams Preferred Skills Oracle GoldenGate, SQL, PLSQL, Debezium.Data Integration tools good to haveUnix/Linux Shell ScriptingKafka and real-time streaming technologiesExperience in Financial Services/Banking environmentsStrong troubleshooting performance tuning and stakeholder management skills The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $62,000 - $72,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
