As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Visitor Services in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate setting, you will welcome residents, visitors, and vendors while supporting access control and maintaining awareness of security-related activity. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and help create a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while following site-specific procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the property by greeting guests, verifying authorization as directed, maintaining visitor records, and communicating entry requirements.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general site information, and route inquiries to appropriate building personnel.
• Observe lobby and entry activity, report unusual conditions or security-related concerns, and support access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
