Premier Rehab is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at a large SNF facility located in Lafayette, LA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic therapy team to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities :

· Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans

· Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities

· Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment

· Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary team members

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements

Qualifications :

· Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Texas

· Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required
