Product Test Specialist – RTX Corporation, Tucson, AZ Pay Rate: $27.43 per hour Location: AZ201: RMS AP Bldg 801, 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ 85756 Position Type: Onsite Security Clearance: Secret (U.S. citizenship required) Responsibilities Conduct functional and operational tests on electronic, pneumatic, electromechanical, and mechanical production items. Operate standard, commercial, and specialized test equipment to ensure compliance with engineering, military, and manufacturing specifications. Ensure conformance to quality control methods, procedures, and standards. Plan, set up, and perform functional, operational, environmental, and specialized testing under all conditions. Perform tests with or without predetermined procedures on electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic subsystems and units. Lay out, fabricate, assemble, modify, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect production, prototype, commercial, and special items. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 3 years of experience in functional electronic, electromechanical, and/or mechanical production items, including operational testing in varied laboratory and production environments. Ability to work any designated shift, including overnight. Proficient in interpreting engineering, military, and manufacturing specifications. Experience in fabrication, assembly, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and rework of production, prototype, and commercial items. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance and ATF clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
