Qualifications 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in SNF / LTC. Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice. Licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of Maryland to work in SNF / LTC.
