River East Tax and Accounting Services Inc is a small business in ACCOUNTING and TAX CONSULTING in Chicago, IL. We are social, fast-paced and fun.

- Ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of live customer contact experience. This is the perfect opportunity currently employed part time online gig workers employed by HB, Turbo, Jackson Hewitt.
- There is no work from home options.
Our firm is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and be able to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions. The Senior Tax Associate will be responsible for preparing tax returns, conducting research on complex tax issues, and providing guidance to clients on tax planning strategies. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. This is an in office position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts.
- Analyze financial data to determine the appropriate tax treatment of transactions.
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations.
- Advise clients on the tax implications of their business decisions.
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies to minimize clients’ tax liabilities.
- Provide guidance on international taxation matters.
- Assist with audits and other compliance matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.50 - $35.00 per hour
