Job Title: Medical Assembler


Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025
Duration: 6 Months
Shift: 1st Shift

Description:
• Perform assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies/subassemblies
• Work with modules, boards, panels, frames, cables, and related components
• Follow diagrams, schematics, layouts, process sheets, and assembly instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws during assembly processes
• Perform continuity checks and basic quality inspections
• Support rework, modification, testing, and prototype assembly activities
• Assist manufacturing and production support operations
• Report equipment malfunctions or production abnormalities
• Support packaging, inventory, shipping, and distribution tasks when required
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

Required Skills:
• Basic manufacturing or assembly knowledge
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and diagrams
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Basic communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in electronics or mechanical assembly environments
• Familiarity with production or manufacturing systems
• Experience with inspection or testing processes preferred

Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Experience:
• Entry-level position - little to no prior experience required
• Basic knowledge of production systems and manufacturing procedures preferred
