What you’ll get to own
You’ll help create a strong employee experience from recruiting and onboarding through training, development, engagement, and day-to-day HR support. You’ll coordinate HR processes, maintain accurate employee records, support compliance, assist with employee relations, and help improve the systems our employees and leaders rely on.

This is not a “wait for your next assignment” position. You’ll be expected to notice what needs attention, ask questions, follow through, solve problems, and help make our HR processes better.

You’ll have the opportunity to

• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee processes
• Support employees and leaders with HR questions and needs
• Maintain personnel records, training requirements, and compliance documentation
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and performance documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement and recognition efforts
• Build and improve HR checklists, trackers, workflows, reports, and resources
• Participate in HR and organization-wide projects
• Help turn new ideas into processes that actually work
• Learn different areas of HR and develop toward greater responsibility
• Contribute to RISE’s focus on developing employees and creating future leaders

What you’ll need
A high school diploma or equivalent, strong organization and communication skills, comfort using technology and learning HR systems, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in HR, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, office operations, or another people-focused role is helpful. You’ll also need to meet RISE’s background, driving, and training requirements.
