You'll lead the planning, development, and execution of complex programs while serving as the day-to-day contact for your clients. From timelines and budgets to attendee experience and onsite delivery, you'll keep every detail moving smoothly. You're Good At

• Managing multiple meetings and programs at once, from registration through onsite execution and final billing/reconciliation
• Building strong client relationships, leading day-to-day communication, and guiding clients on best practices, compliance, and cost savings
• Owning budgets, timelines, reporting, and vendor coordination while keeping every detail accurate and on track
• Overseeing event logistics like websites, attendee management, room sets, audiovisual, transportation, VIP needs, signage, and special events
• Staying calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and working independently while collaborating well with internal teams and suppliers

You Might Also Have

• A bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of meeting or program planning experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management
• Firsthand experience with domestic and international group travel, plus strong travel industry and destination knowledge
• Pharma experience, Cvent experience, or CMP certification

You Should Know

• This is a HYBRID role and will require work in the following locations: West Chester, PA; Raynham, MA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
• This role has a travel requirement of up to 25%.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows: Less than 25%. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner is between $60,000 - $78,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
