** The Position **

We are looking for a bilingual, dependable, and motivated person to join our team. No recruiting experience is required. We will train you on everything you need to know. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

** Schedule: ** Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

** Pay: ** $17/hr

** Location: ** Dallas, TX 75220

** What You'll Do **

• Speak with applicants by phone, email, and in person
• Post job openings and Facebook ads
• Take applications and help applicants through the hiring process
• Answer phone calls and assist employees
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and new starts
• Manage the full recruiting process for designated positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Recruit, screen, and place candidates for assigned positions while ensuring a positive applicant experience.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing staffing needs.
• Help with daily office and staffing tasks
• Check in new employees in Carrollton, TX
• Deliver employee checks weekly in Carrollton, TX
• Schedule flexibility: While the regular schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required based on business needs or high-volume periods. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
