Average Jacksons Wash Managers earn $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

We believe Managers should run a business like it was their own. We provide the training, tools, and freedom to do just that. We provide excellent pay, excellent benefits, paid training, and an easy path for advancement.

Begin a career with Jacksons Car Wash in our manager training program and move into a management position after training is completed and an opening is available.

Some of what you'll do as a Car Wash Manager (In-Training):

Lead a team to deliver quality service with an outstanding customer experience.
Coach team to create a positive, high-energy environment customers can feel.
Train and support team at varying levels of development.
Manage daily operations, ensuring delivery of consistent, quality services in an urgent manner.
Maintain a clean and inviting property and facility.
Our Manager in training program will teach you our systems and philosophy; you must bring the drive, positive energy, hustle, and willingness to learn.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Experience in retail service and/or sales.
Management and strategic staff scheduling experience.
The ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees and superiors.
A willingness to embrace new concepts and culture.
Reliable transportation.
Open Availability (we're open every day & we need Managers who can work Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays...no problem

You'll learn quickly and assume responsibility for running our multi-million-dollar business like it was your own. We train our managers to run a business, not just wash cars.
