HIRING IMMEDIATELY – Driver/Crew Leaders in Cincinnati, OH Starting Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (Up to $37/hour with tips, weekly bonuses, strong reviews, and other performance incentives!) Get Paid Weekly – Direct deposit or paper check Flexible Scheduling – Full-time or part-time Opportunities to Travel or Stay Local Health Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Overtime Pay – After 40 hours/week Daily Tips – Most crews receive tips from customers (never required or solicited) Weekly Bonuses – Driving, cleanliness, performance, and reviews No CDL Required – Drive 16′ or 26′ box trucks Career Path – Many of our office staff and senior leads started right here as drivers Driver/Crew Lead Pay: $20–$24/hour What You’ll Be Doing Safely operate and navigate 16′ or 26′ box trucks on local and regional routes Lead a crew of movers through each job — assigning tasks, setting the pace, and keeping the day on schedule Serve as the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring a professional and courteous experience Inspect the truck before and after routes; report any maintenance or safety issues Load, secure, and unload customer belongings, and step in on physical labor alongside the crew as neededHandle job paperwork, timesheets, and any on-site problem-solving Model safe driving and safe lifting practices for the rest of the team What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license, in good standing — this is the core requirement for this role Clean driving record — we’ll review your MVR; no major violations or at-fault accidents in recent years Must be 21+ to drive company trucks Prior experience driving a 16′ or 26′ box truck a plus (not required — we train) Comfortable lifting 100+ lbs and performing a full day of physical, hands-on labor Leadership presence — able to direct a crew, communicate clearly, and keep a job moving Professional attitude and appearance; strong customer-facing communication skills Reliable transportation to and from work Weekend availability (Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days) Must pass a background check Driver/Crew Leaders are on the fast track to dispatch, operations, and management roles.
