As the leading insurance internal audit services provider globally, we are seeing significant transformation to our opportunities with clients in testing services, data analytics, AI and many other areas that will enhance their risk coverage using the most advanced approaches and technologies.Your key responsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for supporting our clients in improving and sustaining a strong risk and control environment through a variety of service offerings, including the following:Internal audit co-sourcing and outsourcingInternal audit transformationData Analytics and AI agent-buildingControl testingExternal quality assessment reviewsAssessments and diagnostics; andICFR, SOX readiness and optimizationYou can expect to work with high performing teams, clients and market leaders in the Property and Casualty, Life Insurance, Retirement services and broker space. As you build knowledge and experience, you'll become a credible advisor to our consulting leaders as well as to clients.Skills and attributes for successOn a typical day, you’ll establish project objectives, prepare a project approach, perform analyses using advanced data analytics tools, prepare documentation, evaluate and review risks, processes and related controls, as well as assist in the preparation of the final project deliverables. We are transforming our process with AI, so you will have access to our leading-practice AI productivity tools. The base salary range for this job is: New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $105,400 to $175,400Bay Area California offices – $109,700 to $182,800All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $87,800 to $160,900 Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
