This role is for a skilled Dynamics 365 CE consultant responsible for implementing and enhancing CRM solutions that drive business efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the platform meets diverse stakeholder needs and supports strategic growth initiatives. A focus on real-world delivery and practical application is essential in this remote position.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration and customisation
• Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience in supporting users and managing training sessions for platform adoption
• Understanding of CRM best practices and business process improvements
