Baxter is seeking a Director, Climate Transition & Clean Energy Strategy to lead enterprise energy strategy, energy accounting, and climate disclosures. You will shape decarbonization roadmaps and oversee reporting aligned with GHGP and disclosure frameworks.

In collaboration across Sustainability, Manufacturing, Facilities, EHS, and Finance, you will drive energy procurement strategies, risk management, and governance to support Baxter's Net Zero ambitions and long-term business resilience.
