Role Description This is a full-time, on-site, experienced paralegal role based in Springfield, GA. The experienced paralegal will support attorneys by drafting and preparing records requests, medical chronologies, demands, discovery, responses, motions, and briefs; organizing case files digitally and physically; and managing deadlines. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, reviewing and summarizing documents, and maintaining accurate records in both physical and digital formats. The role involves frequent communication with clients, courts, and other parties to gather information, schedule meetings, and provide case updates. The experienced paralegal will also assist with case preparation for hearings and proceedings, ensuring all materials are complete, compliant, and submitted on time. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with practical experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or legal setting. Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, correspondence, and supporting case materials. Excellent Research skills, with the ability to locate, analyze, and synthesize legal and factual information. Attention to detail in Document Review, including identifying inconsistencies, errors, and missing information. Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interactions with clients, attorneys, and courts. Proficiency with legal practice management software, document management tools, and standard office applications. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple matters and deadlines. Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in areas aligned with the firm’s practice; paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred.
