Starting pay rate of $22.75/hr +$2.00 freezer differential +$2.00 Weekend differential, plus incentives based on work performance. Schedule: 5 days a week, 10:30 am start, mandatory overtime. Job Responsibilities Receive orders, identify the pick locations and safely pick the items. Build stable and well-cubed pallets. Safely operate pallet jacks and push carts. Ability to learn and perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures. Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available. Position Requirements Working in freezer temperatures. Physical Requirements Lifting objects weighing up to 65 lbs. consistently. Working in a Freezer climate. Constant pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and gripping.
