Role Description
This is a full‑time remote role for a Head of Design. In this position, you will lead and inspire the design team, overseeing the ideation, creation, and execution of innovative design projects. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing the design process across multiple projects, steering branding initiatives, and ensuring cohesive visual and product design standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape the aesthetic and functional aspects of Move Solos features, branding, and user experience.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Design Management, including coordinating teams and design workflows.

Strong skills in Visual Interface Design and Product Design with a focus on creating user‑centric experiences.

Experience in Branding, ensuring a cohesive and distinctive identity across multiple channels.

Familiarity with interface Design principles is a bonus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Ability to translate strategic goals into compelling and functional design concepts.

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software is preferred.

A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is desirable, though commensurate experience is also considered.

Background in app design. Preferably experience with startups like Plaid, Anthropic, Meta, Apple, Stripe, Upwork, and etc...
