Change Management Analyst

Akkodis is recruiting for a Change Management Analyst for an aerospace manufacturer in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay rate of $50 an hour to $65 an hour, depending on education and experience.Assist the tech leads and Engineering Project Managers (EPMs) with project execution by gathering critical project metrics and assist with lean initiativesAssist the engineering team with task execution and help with engineering toolsAssist section and technical managers with 3rd party resource managementPoint of contact for providing access to tools (RTC, Box, DOORS, Rally, Spotfire, Confluence, Jira)Develop, implement, and maintain tools/metrics that help engineersProvide CNMS leadership with inputs to help make strategic decisions on individual projects and products.Experience with MS Office tools to generate project deliverable plan lines (burn-up/burn-down charts), Metrics slides.Familiarity with Regulated Engineering Development ProcessAdvanced Excel Skills using Pivot Tables, Filters, Charts, Tables and MacrosDeveloping, presenting and tracking KPIsExperience with DOORS and Version Control toolsDOORS eXtension Language (DXL) experience desiredExperience with change management and config management process/toolsFamiliarity with creating schedule and network diagramsFamiliarity with Earned Value and Activity Based Management methodsBachelors degree in an Engineering discipline.5-10 years experience in the industry.Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.if interested, forward resume toEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledMilitary connected talent encouraged toapplyBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
