Operations Manager - Springhill Suites by Marriott Moab

Performing regularly scheduled front desk shifts 1 to 2 days a week Defining and implementing Front Desk and Breakfast Team objectives and procedures. Hiring and training staff and managing the shift schedules for both Front Desk and Breakfast Hosts. Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails. Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the General Manager. Performing administrative duties such as Accounts Receivable, Breakfast and Bistro ordering, filing and updating records, among others, as needed. Responding to and resolving guest service requests. What we're looking for: Minimum of 1 year experience as a front desk manager Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, financial and time management skills The ability to provide exceptional customer service Good leadership and training abilities What to expect in your first few months: First you will learn about the hotel and all of our amenities!
