Specialty Representative, Migraine - Beaumont, TX

Field-based specialty sales role focused on migraine therapeutics in the Beaumont, TX area. The position involves executing brand strategy, managing territory accounts, and driving sales performance while maintaining customer relationships and clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and deliver sales performance against KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
• Develop and execute call plans with pre-call objectives and post-call evaluations to improve performance
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships by proactively addressing customer needs and market challenges
• Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, disease state, products, and customer dynamics with internal teams
• Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to maximize brand performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or 5+ years industry experience with 3+ in pharmaceutical/health sector
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge with recognized expertise
• Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools with strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to identify customer behavior patterns and adapt sales approach accordingly
• Valid driver's license, ability to pass drug screening, and meet safe driving requirements
• HCIR credentialing eligibility including background check and immunization documentation
• Proven sales performance track record in pharmaceutical or physician-based selling preferred
