Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient advocacy and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
