CNA - LTC

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Day/Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position aimed at providing direct personal care services to clients as indicated in the individualized Plan of Care developed by the RN Case Manager or delegate.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and well-being.
• Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks performed for each client.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• License: Alaska Certified Nursing Assistant License required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Experience preferred; however, on-the-job training will be provided.
