Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines seeks a Medical Science Liaison for the Caplyta neuroscience product line covering Illinois and Wisconsin. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-based scientific engagement plans aligned with medical affairs strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with key thought leaders and healthcare providers across Illinois and Wisconsin
- Conduct high-quality, objective scientific discussions and educational presentations on current products and research
- Collect, analyze, and report actionable insights on clinical trends, competitor activities, and unmet medical needs
- Provide scientific support for investigator-initiated studies and coordinate with internal research teams
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, clinical science, or related field
- Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in neuroscience or psychiatry
- Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare opinion leaders
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in pharmaceutical medical affairs
- Proficiency with data analysis and medical literature interpretation
